Downhill Position
Here's a photo that some of our skiers can learn a thing or two from:
Good basic body position is crucial for skiing downhills effectively. It's simple: knees bent, hands forward, outside hand pointed into the turn, skis edged into the turn. Move your feet. That's it! Marty is 74 years old. You can do this, people.
